You may be involved in a dispute with another person or company, or even a public authority, either as the claimant or defending a claim. There are many types of dispute including debts, breaches of contract, leasehold property defaults, Directorship and company breakdowns and general negligence.

Our style is not to rush you into court, but to try to find the most efficient method of settling the dispute. We would normally attempt to negotiate a settlement, but if the last resort of court action is needed, we have the knowledge and experience to see that through without delays.

We do not give advice under the legal aid scheme, but will always give you advice on how best to manage us to give you the best use of the fees you will agree with us at the outset.
 

We can negotiate on your behalf and if necessary commence or defend proceedings which, according to the subject matter and the amount of the claim, will be dealt with in either the County Court or the High Court.
