Divorce, finance and children

We hope you do not become involved in what is a very difficult and emotive situation – going through a divorce, and especially a dispute about children. However, if you do we have the specialist knowledge and experience to guide you. Our style is not to be combative and aggressive, unless it is necessary, and to try to achieve agreement where possible.

You may need help with the divorce itself, the financial arrangement that follow, and how to deal with the children if they are under eighteen. Other issues we deal with are separations, domestic violence injuctions, wardship and care proceedings.

We do not offer assistance under the legal aid scheme, and will always discuss the question of our fees at the outset
