You may be involved in a dispute with another person or
company, or even a public authority, either as the
claimant or defending a claim. There are many types of
dispute including debts, breaches of contract, leasehold
property defaults, partnership and company breakdowns
and general negligence.
Our style is not to rush you into court, but to try to
find the most efficient method of settling the dispute.
We would normally attempt to negotiate a settlement, but
if the last resort of court action is needed, we have
the knowledge and experience to see that through without
delays.
We do not give publicly funded advice, however we
will always give you advice on how best to control the
fees agreed with us
at the outset.
