Notaries
Notaries public deal with and are recognised by foreign
jurisdictions, and are needed when documentation is
required for matters outside the UK. In general the
documents are drafted by the foreign lawyer who will be
responsible for ensuring that they will be valid for the
country concerned.
We have two Notaries in the firm, Mike Harvey and Andrew
Lobb, who are generally available to carry out notarial
functions in any of our three offices.
