If you have been involved in an accident or other event
leading to injury caused by the fault of someone else,
you are likely to be entitled to compensation. Although
we do not offer publicly funded advice, we
will take many cases on under a ‘no win no fee’
arrangement and will always discuss how and if our fees
are paid before we take on your case. You can then
decide how to proceed with the claim. We can handle both
negotiations and any court action required.
Unlike many of the large firms that obtain their work
by paid referrals, we will treat you and your claim with
the care and attention it deserves. The calculation
of the level of compensation you will be entitled to is
not an exact science, and usually how hard we negotiate
will depend upon how quickly you want to agree a figure,
and if you are prepared to risk extra fees.
We will work closely with you to ensure you are advised
of the risks involved, and are able to make informed
decisions at each stage.
