Although we do not offer advice under the legal aid scheme, we will take many cases on under a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement and will always discuss how and if our fees are paid before we take on your case. You can then decide how to proceed with the claim. We can handle both negotiations and any court action required.

The calculation of the level of compensation you will be entitled to is not an exact science, and usually how hard we negotiate will depend upon how quickly you want to agree a figure, and if you are prepared to risk extra fees.
